The Technology – How It Works
The technology is based on a specially developed process. A worldwide patent has been applied for.
The BEEZER is ready for use after a one-off pre-cooling phase of approx. 10 minutes.
Thanks to efficient compressor technology and a circulating air system, cold air of below -30°C is used. Once the cooling process begins, the air flows around the bottle extremely quickly and coldly, extracting the thermal energy from the beverage via forced convection.
The bottle rotates during the process, which allows for particularly even cooling.
